Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Swimmer Store, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your swim gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ear Plugs & Ear Bands (hygiene products)
  • Chlorine Resistant Training Swimwear (specialized performance gear)

Please choose these items carefully as we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Complete the Form: Use our return request template below
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship Items Back: Send the items to our returns address (provided upon approval)
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions (excluding Asia and select remote areas).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
