The StrechCordz with Handles S100 is the original dryland training device from the StrechCordz range. It can be used for curls, tricep extensions, flies and lat pulls to enhance speed, endurance and swim stroke. Swimmers use StrechCordz resistance exercise products to improve stroke, strength and endurance.
- Two handles connected to two 1.2m/4ft tubes and a combination mounting loop.
